Add a word or name

Dictionary gives Oneslice personal vocabulary that generic speech processing may miss.

  1. Open Dictionary and choose Add Word.
  2. Enter the spelling you want in Lingo.
  3. Optionally add a Definition to explain the term or supply its replacement value.
  4. Choose Save entry; use Cancel to discard the entry.
02

Definitions and replacement values

A definition can disambiguate a proper name or specialist term. With Auto Replace Keywords enabled, a keyword can also map to a value: for example, a chosen spoken email keyword can expand to aleenbose@gmail.com. Use a unique keyword to avoid expanding an ordinary word unintentionally.

03

Learning and Assistant additions

Oneslice can conservatively learn suitable personal vocabulary. You can also explicitly ask Assistant to add a name or term. Check the Dictionary page afterward to confirm the spelling and definition; do not assume every unfamiliar spoken word becomes a stored entry.

04

Remove entries and manage capacity

Use Remove on an entry you no longer need. The page shows capacity according to your plan and may offer Upgrade when the limit is reached. No fixed capacity is promised here because your account's current entitlement is the source of truth. Remove the incorrect entry and add a corrected one when needed.
